A Skill Pod is a role-based hub where everyone with a certain expertise gathers. One per Angel role: Office, Sales, Marketing, Creative, Web, IT, Project Management, Training, HR, Wellbeing, Legal, Business. People ask, answer, share what they learn. Knowledge that used to sit in heads or scattered chats now lives in one place.
