Legal cover, with your own insurance
Read the fine printOur contracts with clients cover the working relationship. You still need your own professional liability insurance (beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering) as an independent.
Learn within the network
Peer learningThrough Angels Academy you share what you know and learn from peers. One training given per year, ten followed. No formal career ladder, just shared expertise.

You chooseYou pick the roles you want to work in. Our agreement allows up to three specializations. Change them when your focus changes.

We'd rather be upfront about what this is and is not.
No guaranteed work
We match when there is a fit. We cannot promise a client this week, this month, or this quarter. We can promise structure and a community around you in the meantime.
No rate negotiation
Rates are fixed per role, the same for every Angel. We do not negotiate higher rates for individuals, regardless of experience or performance.
No meritocracy ladder
There are no 'top-performer' tiers, premium missions for some, or higher rates as a reward. Every Angel is equal in the system. Growth happens through skills and reflection, not ranking.
Shared insurance responsibility
We carry our own coverage and stand behind our Angels: if something goes wrong with a client and the fault is not yours, we take responsibility as a company. You still need your own professional liability insurance for cases where the fault does lie with your work.
We expect engagement
Becoming an Angel means signing our service agreement, joining Angels Connect, and contributing to Angels Academy. This is a real working partnership.
