People often ask me what I actually do all day. The honest answer: I make sure the right Angels are with the right clients, and that they stay happy on both sides. I work for multiple clients at the same time, and so do my Guardian Angels. We are not in the chair doing the work. The Angels do that. What we do is watch over the work and over the people doing it.

Matching is the heart of it. When a client needs an Angel, I look at two things. First the energy: does this person fit the way you run your business, the rhythm of your days? Second the skills, because energy without ability is just a nice conversation, and ability without energy burns out by month three.

Once an Angel is placed, my work shifts. I become the person both sides can call. The client calls me when something feels off before it becomes a problem. The Angel calls me when they need a sounding board, when they want to grow, or when something needs to change. That trust is the job.

Every week I sit down with my team of Guardian Angels. We go through every client, every Angel, every signal. Where do we adjust? Where is a client ready for a second or third Angel? Where is someone losing energy? Where does a skill gap need filling? Nothing waits until it becomes urgent. We monitor, we facilitate, we communicate. The Angels do the work. You manage nothing.
