A WORD FROM SHANNA BODART, CHIEF SALES ANGEL
I joined We Are Angels in 2023 as an Office Angel. I had no roadmap, just the will to learn and the eagerness to roll up my sleeves. What I found was a place that gave me room to grow at my own pace, and a community that grew with me.
Today I lead Sales and, since end of 2025, I'm also partner and board member. The path was not handed to me. It was built one client, one Angel, one honest conversation at a time. That's the same path that's open to every Angel who joins us. We don't hire freelancers and leave them to figure it out. We build the ground under their feet.
What drives me now is creating a space where every Angel can become who they're meant to be. Like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly: it doesn't happen by pushing, it happens by giving the right cocoon. Safety, trust, the right clients, the right Guardian Angel beside you. That's what we protect every day. That's why I'm still here.
