What exactly is We Are Angels?

We Are Angels is a managed service agency: you describe what you need, we match you with the right Angel(s) and a dedicated Guardian Angel who coordinates everything. You don't need to source, interview, or manage freelancers yourself. Angels work, you focus on your business.

What's the difference from a traditional staffing agency?

With a traditional agency you source candidates, run interviews, manage the person, and track hours yourself. With Angels, your Guardian Angel does all of that. You have one point of contact, one invoice per month, and Angels who work on tasks that energise them, which noticeably raises quality.

What is a Guardian Angel?

Your Guardian Angel is your personal coordinator at We Are Angels. They know your business and your needs inside out. They match the right Angels, monitor quality, flag problems before you notice them, and join weekly check-ins and monthly evaluations. You always have one dedicated contact person.

Which companies is Angels suited for?

Angels works for any company that needs flexible, quality support, from self-employed and SMEs to large enterprises. We serve clients in all sectors, from technology and healthcare to retail, real estate, and professional services.

How does the matching process work?

You request a free Angel scan (5 minutes), then have an intake with our Chief Sales Angel and a kick-off with the Chief Guardian Angel. We propose a suitable Angel within 5 working days after kick-off, with a full profile and rate. You decide, no obligation.

How quickly can I get started?

Our Speed Guarantee: we propose a qualified Angel within 5 working days after kick-off. If we don't, you get your EUR 199 start investment fully refunded. After approval, your Angel is typically operational within the week.

What if the Angel isn't a good fit?

Your Guardian Angel actively monitors the collaboration. If something goes wrong, they handle it immediately, including finding a better-fitting Angel if necessary. Beyond regular monitoring, our Angel Promise applies: not satisfied in the first 30 days? 50% of your Angel work hours refunded.

Can I work with multiple Angels at the same time?

Yes, absolutely. Many clients work with a mix of Angel types. Your Guardian Angel coordinates everything: planning, communication, and quality monitoring, without you losing time on it.

Do Angels work on-site or remote?

Both are possible. Angels work remotely, on-site or hybrid, depending on your preference. For on-site visits, travel costs (€0.98/km) are invoiced separately.

How does the pricing structure work?

You pay a monthly subscription (Lift €269, Scale €589, or Command €869 excl. VAT) covering your platform access and Guardian Angel. On top of that you only pay for the hours your Angels actually worked, billed per 15 minutes at their rate which you approve upfront.

What does an Angel cost per hour?

Angels set their own hourly rates per role type. Office and admin support typically ranges from €45–€75/hr. Marketing, IT and specialist profiles are higher. You see the exact rate before you confirm. No surprises.

Is there a start-up fee?

Yes. A one-time start investment of EUR 199 excl. VAT covers your intake, kick-off, and Guardian Angel onboarding. This is covered by our Speed Guarantee: Angel proposed within 5 working days after kick-off or full refund.

Can I adjust or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can scale up or down at the start of your next billing period, without penalties or long-term contracts. Want to pause? That's possible for €19/month: your data is preserved, Angels cannot log hours during the pause.

What does my invoice look like?

You receive one invoice per month: your subscription, Guardian Angel hours listed separately for transparency, and a summary per Angel with role, hours, rate and subtotal. Everything excl. VAT with the VAT amount stated separately. No hidden costs.

What is AngelFlow and do I need it?

AngelFlow is the collaboration platform where you track hours and budget in real time, communicate with your Angels, share documents, and maintain your monthly review. It's included in every subscription. You don't need to configure it yourself: your Guardian Angel does that.

How are hours logged?

Angels log their hours in AngelFlow per 15 minutes, with date, project, description, and optional mileage. You see every time entry in real time and receive automatic budget alerts at 70%, 80%, and 90% usage.

Can I review my Angels?

Yes. Each month you evaluate your Angels via a short review form in AngelFlow. Your Guardian Angel uses that feedback to continuously refine the collaboration.
